Rum-spresso Martini

Ingredients

  • 5cl Sentinel Rum
  • 3cl Fresh Espresso
  • 2cl Coffee Liqueur
  • 1 Pinch Fleur de Sel
  • Cookie Dough Scent

How to make

Add the Sentinel Rum, coffee liqueur, espresso, and the pinch of salt into a shaker ice cubes. Shake for at least 15 seconds ("Hard Shake") to generate that signature crema. Fine strain the drink into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Instead of the usual coffee beans, spray the Cookie Dough Scent 2-3 times over the foam. The aroma of fresh cookie dough meets bold coffee. This is Christmas in a glass.
