At its core: Azzurino Aperitivo, our colour-changing aperitivo built on bergamot, gentle lavender, and the crisp grapefruit-like zing of timut pepper. We've also added a splash of Illusionist Dry Gin to add structure and a floral undercurrent. Lemon brings a sharp edge and some simple syrup to hold everything in place. Shake it and you'll pour a soft, pastel blue with a creamy foam cap. Light, beautifully balanced, and dangerously easy to want another.
It started as a conversation with Munich bartenders who'd been working with Azzurino behind the bar. What they kept coming back to was the sour format and they were right.
The label draws upon the roaring twenties era and pays homage to our Illusionist origins. Deep teal and blue combined with gold foil. This RTD has finally arrived in the design world it always belonged to.

How to Serve
Add 10cl Azzurino Sour to a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled, then strain into a coupette glass. Garnish with a lime wheel. For extra foam, add 1-2 drops of Fee Brothers Fee Foam before shaking.

Step-by-Step Guide
01. Measure
Pour 10–12 cl of the cocktail into your shaker filled with plenty of ice.
02. Shake
Shake for 10 seconds until the shaker feels ice-cold.
03. Strain
Double-strain through your cocktail strainer and tea sieve into a tumbler or our signature glass.
04. Garnish
Finish with a fresh lime wheel or zest.
Bringing the experience of the bar to your home
The Azzurino Sour RTD is a masterclass in balance. On the nose, you get zesty bergamot with a citrus-floral edge akin to Earl Grey. Then comes a fresh hit of lime that keeps it light, clean and refreshing on the palate, before finishing with the grapefruit-like spark of Timut pepper.
A vivid blue sour in the glass, smooth with a lightly creamy texture and a tight foam cap. The kind of drink that gets asked about the moment it hits the table.
