At its core: Azzurino Aperitivo, our colour-changing aperitivo built on bergamot, gentle lavender, and the crisp grapefruit-like zing of timut pepper. We've also added a splash of Illusionist Dry Gin to add structure and a floral undercurrent. Lemon brings a sharp edge and some simple syrup to hold everything in place. Shake it and you'll pour a soft, pastel blue with a creamy foam cap. Light, beautifully balanced, and dangerously easy to want another.

It started as a conversation with Munich bartenders who'd been working with Azzurino behind the bar. What they kept coming back to was the sour format and they were right.

The label draws upon the roaring twenties era and pays homage to our Illusionist origins. Deep teal and blue combined with gold foil. This RTD has finally arrived in the design world it always belonged to.

How to Serve

Add 10cl Azzurino Sour to a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled, then strain into a coupette glass. Garnish with a lime wheel. For extra foam, add 1-2 drops of Fee Brothers Fee Foam before shaking.
